Whistleblowers

In late 2015 I was given the opportunity to create a title sequence for a new series about the stories behind various kinds of whistleblowers. The pilot episode aired on January 22nd 2016 on Spike TV. After creating a style guide and a visual identity for the show, I began scouring footage from the pilot to find interesting shots to use in the title sequence. This episode featured the story of ex CIA officer, John Kiriakou who was imprisoned for two years after confirming rumors of torture techniques used on Al Qaeda prisoners. Over the next few weeks I worked closely with Director Nick Brigden and Executive Producers Shawn Cuddy and Ted Schillinger to create a title sequence to preface each episode in a way that eludes to the theme of there always being two sides to every story.
